1. Overview of Services

Reinvent with Shay offers the following services:

Coaching Services: One-on-one and group coaching programs.
Online Courses: Self-paced digital courses including “MindsetRewired” and other transformational programs.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements: Live and virtual training, including in-person events.
Digital Products: Downloadable resources including guides, workbooks, and educational tools.

2. Eligibility to Use Services

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent if under 18.
You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
You will not use our content or website for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate service if we find any violation of these requirements.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before gaining access to coaching programs, digital products, or courses.
We accept most major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
Subscription-based services, if applicable, are billed on the schedule indicated during checkout (monthly or annually).

3.2 30-Day Pro-Rated Refund Policy

We offer a transparent 30-day pro-rated refund for the following services:

Refund Calculation Example:
If you cancel a course or coaching package on Day 10, you are eligible for a refund equivalent to the unused 20 days.

Refund Conditions:

One-on-One Coaching: Refunds are based on the number of unused coaching sessions.
Online Courses & Digital Products: Refunds are granted only if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
Workshops & Events: Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date.

Non-Refundable Items:

Partially used or downloaded digital products
Fully attended coaching programs
Refunds requested after 30 days

To request a refund: Email support@reinventwithshay.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

4. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our content or services, you agree:

Not to copy, distribute, share, or resell any course or coaching content without written permission.
Not to use our website or platform for spam, abuse, hacking, or any illegal activity.
Not to misrepresent your identity or qualifications in any coaching session or group setting.
To follow our community guidelines when participating in group discussions, live events, or forums.

Violations of these terms may result in account termination without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Reinvent with Shay, including video lessons, coaching frameworks, branding, written materials, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Evocut Dynamics LLC.

Prohibited Uses:

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, license, resell, or otherwise exploit any content for commercial use without express written permission.
You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or proprietary assets without written consent.

Acceptable Uses:

You may use any purchased materials for personal learning only.
You may share public-facing free content (e.g., blog articles or quotes) with credit to Reinvent with Shay.

6. Google Compliance & Third-Party Tools

We use several third-party services to enhance your experience and comply with advertising standards, including Google products.

Google Analytics & Tracking

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Harassment or abusive behavior within group coaching or events
Sharing copyrighted materials or account access with others

Termination will result in the loss of access to all course or coaching materials and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

While our coaching and course materials are designed for personal development, they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own progress and outcomes.
We do not guarantee specific results.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including lost income or emotional distress, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evocut Dynamics LLC from any third-party claims or damages arising from:

Your use or misuse of the website or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement on intellectual property or privacy rights of others

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before any formal legal proceedings.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
